Updates in Policing

On December 6, 2024, I will be participating in panel discussion on “Updates in Policing” for the 40th Annual Illinois Public Sector Labor Relation Law Conference put on by the IIT Chicago Kent College of Law.

The other panelists and I will be providing a comprehensive overview of off-duty police misconduct cases followed by offering insight into developing issues in law enforcement more than 3 years post the SAFE-T Act, including certification, decertification, recruitment, and retention.
